How does DB comp?
can someone from DB share light on how DB comps their junior staff (i.e. analyst to junior VP)? i’ve been reading articles about bonus portion of comp being largely deferred but then hear from peers at DB that junior folks don’t actually get screwed and in fact also get promotions quicker to help retain talent.

Their comp is very similar to other BBs. Still have the same buckets and ranges depend on the group you are in. They also will promote to Associate after two years
