How important is non target gpa?

Hi. I’m a prospect from a nontarget with 3.3-3.4 gpa (would it help to round up to 3.4?) and strong finance experience (off cycle bb internship, multiple regional pe internships).

I’m terribly worried that my experience wouldn’t make up for my gpa… would I have a chance if I network hard? My school’s presence is not strong so I have to make a lot of cold calls.

thanks.
