Sums it up: The JPM hiring process was nice. I got a few interviews; I didn't convert, but other than that, I wanted to see if anyone else had any luck and if the lateral market is any better? Or, when should I wait until? It's the end of the year, so it doesn't look like much will happen now, so maybe Q1?
