How many days can you miss as an IB SA?

Basically I am going into a summer internship at an EB bank in NY. Tricky thing is I just received the date for my naturalization interview, which will be on a workday during the internship. If I pass the interview, I might get invited for the oath ceremony also during the internship, probably a couple weeks after the interview. I would have to miss work in NY and fly back to my home state on the west coast for those events.

I cannot really delay the interview and the ceremony, because that will probably delay my naturalization for months., even years.

What's the maximum amount of days that I can miss for those reasons ? I anticipate to miss somewhere from 2-3 days, not consecutively. How can I communicate that to my staffer effectively ? Would that affect my chances of getting a FT offer ?

Thanks !

No. Most SAs miss 0 days, maybe 1 if they are sick. Your reason is legitimate, agree that you should contact your closest connection and potentially HR.

I would also try and push the interview as much as you possibly can. Flying to and from NYC/west coast you will miss more than 1 work day by the time you add in the flights. I am not familiar with the naturalization process but do they accept any hardship delays? That's a huge cost burden to fly back and forth several times.
