How Much Do Gugg and Centerview Get For 43 bil Pfizer Deal?
Report that Gugg is representing Pfizer and Centerview repping Seagen on 43 bil deal. What are fees on multi-billion dollar deal like this? I would imagine they are discounted from normal percentage fee? Also, does advisor for seller generally get a higher percentage than does buyer?
