I recently graduated and have been interning at a MM bank with the intention of it converting to FT upon completion (I had confirmed with HR that this was ok to do). I recently got told that I will not be getting an offer due to culture fit. What can I do in terms of finding a job given I graduated and can’t participate in new grad programs and have no work experience. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
