How to answer the questions : why mid cap and not large or small ?
Hi guys,
As indicated in the title, I was wondering how you should answer the question "Why do you want do to mid-cap deals". I am having an interview soon and I cannot really think of specifics reasons. As I have a previous internship in a M&A small cap, I was thinking that I would like to face more challenging deals but i'd like to find other reasons. Any ideas is welcome!
