How to become ok with working with rude people?

MDs I work with do not respond to many of my emails. There is no thank you or please. Often send passive agressive responses. I get zero context most of the times then I am asked to know everything. Demand things to be done asap then take forever to get back to me. It makes me feel miserable and affects my mental state that I never feel that what I am doing is enough (although I am a top performer). I know it is the industry but I still prefer a better work style and think that you need to treat people better. How do you get passed this?
