How to break a funk of making errors

First year analyst here. Would like to hear your experiences on how you got through times of making frequent mistakes, as lately I’ve been bombing when it comes to work quality; when I started it wasn’t this way. Any advice is helpful as I’m trying to turn my performance around as soon as possible

How do you find your AI to be for this kind of stuff?

I imagine it might check spellings and formatting issues. But is it going to spot a stale number, or numbers that don't tie across pages?

I made an excel check list for things to check and dumped it in the sources section. Works like a charm
