How to interview prep while getting crushed
As titled. In a “top” group at my bank but the culture is down the toilet. Recruiting is discouraged by the group yet they treat people like trash.
Looking to leave IB in the next 6 months but consistently getting crushed on multiple deals and books. Anyone pulled it off interview prepping and faking doctors appointments without severe blowback/burning bridges?

My VP has been getting sus and I think he’s slowly trying to crush me even more so I don’t get time to do interviews
