How to kill it as a FT employee during COVID

I've seen a lot of insightful threads discussing how to succeed on your first few days during the internship, but nothing explicitly denoted to a FT employee.

I'm starting in the BB trading office soon and would be grateful to hear how to kill it as a new Full Timer, and especially, how to connect with co-workers given Covid.

And the most important question of all: handshakes, fist-bumps or elbow taps?

I would start by running sprints out in front of the office for a while to get a red/sweaty face. Then walk in to the office and begin to feign a very bad cough.

This will allow your peers and superiors to see that you are a committed and driven employee who will come to work regardless of any obstacles.
