How to stay motivated when work is boring?
Hi guys:
I'm having some trouble staying motivated because most of my work is boring / simple, like making a deck. I'm not intellectually simulated, nor do I feel respected (mostly I'm just told to do sh**).
Yes, I'm paid a salary and I know I need to deliver good work, but lately, it's been harder to take pride in my work. Any psychological hacks you'd recommend? Thanks!
