Huge Friday VDR Dump

Overworked, insanely sleep-deprived, and downright depressed 2nd year here. I was part of a process that got super deep and then hit pause. Now, albeit my career has been extremely short, I've been part of a few full deals & have been staffed to help around on other deals at various stages. Diligence, diligence lists, responses, the whole QnA is a downright pain in the ass. But this one particular process was especially bad. These fucking PE shops interested diligenced the last fucking penny. Skinned the company 400+ different ways. Well, when it hit pause, we (I) were working in the background. Completing roll forwards, gathering new files, running further analyses and asking for every remaining useful piece of cabinet occupying document the company had. 2 month pause and I created a behemoth in the staging room.

Fast forward to MDW. Emails sent to all parties that process was back on (we knew it was on but wanted to get VDR 2.0 fully set up to before officially asking people to re-start work). Published this absolute shit show of a data room.

"Given that the company is aiming to transact by Q3, we hope that the outside in work you've continued to do will help pick up the pace of diligence. We will officially be asking for refreshed bids by June 27th to help downselect." definitely must have made the PE dickwads' weekend memorable.
