My school allows us to choose our own school email from variations of our names. I was wondering whether having first name only would seem unprofessional (?) but yet easy to remember.

Which should I use and why? Or it doesn't matter and I just wasted your time (sorry)?

Either is fine. I went with [email protected]. Properly capitalized, no punctuation.
