IB Analyst Resumes vs Undergraduate Resumes

Curious about the differences in resumes from undergraduates to IB analysts. Do IB analysts include experiences from college? Such as student investment funds, past internships and community service.

If not, do you pick up any opportunities to add to your resume while in IB? So as to differentiate yourself for the next step of your career? i.e. private equity recruiting

Can't imagine that analysts would have time to pick up anything else but just curious about it.

Current 1st year IBD hoping to do 2022 on cycle for PE. I just put current job experience first. Education is 2nd section. Remove high school unless Exeter/Andover (keep 1 line in that case). Keep 1-2 activities/extracurriculars, especially if finance/investing related or if college has famous student investing groups (GPS, Wharton ITG / PIA / Columbia Lion Fund, etc.) Most of the resume is gonna be your current job's deal/transaction experience.
