IB firms still hiring FT grads
I am wondering what IB forms are still hiring full time grads - specifically looking at NYC. I know it is late but he game.

Career Resources
Barely anything. At my MM most groups that needed FT analysts either filled them in early September or hired laterals.
Heard chatter there may be more recruiting in January assuming nothing crazy. Has anyone else heard anything?
Doubt it honestly - many banks have done the exact opposite with public announcements of more layoffs in the last few weeks... and with markets deteriorating this fall it'd be unusual to suddenly increase class sizes.
The layoffs of course don't impact FTs directly but also implies they're not expecting too much activity pickup by the summer.
I would not be holding out right now for any "rumored" pickup in hiring, the FT hiring season is winding down and if you get a somewhat reasonable offer you should take it.
