IB FT
Hi all i currently go to a semi-target with a 3.6 gpa, and have an offer at a lmm (generalist) for this upcoming summer as SA. I am trying to lateral FT to a better firm hopefully BB, but also heavily considering solid MM like Wells or HW. I was hoping if anyone has gone through the process of recruiting for FT or if they know how the process is structuring. I am planning to graduate next May, and I know FT apps for next year usually open this summer. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
