IB to WM to PE possible?

Hate my current firm as an A2, have an offer in WM at 120k base. Leaning to taking it but the work seems incredibly boring. Could maybe do 1-2 years in WM. Could I get an exit to LMM PE after a year or two in WM after cutting my IB spell short?

I think it would be tough to explain the pivot to WM. You would need to have a good story of why you left banking for WM and again why you want to go back into PE. Why not just try and find a LMM gig while sticking it out at your current firm? I don't know of many firms that recruit from WM as it is anyways. They almost always prefer someone that comes from banking, even if though you did a stint in banking.
