IB Toronto Salary Progression - 2024

It’s difficult to find solid numbers for Big 5 Canadian banks IB TO progression. Was wondering if someone can paint the picture. Here is my estimate:

Analyst 1 (1Y) — $100K + $30-50K Bonus = $130-150K

Analyst 2 (2Y) — $110K + $50-80K Bonus = $160-190K

Associate 1 (3Y) — $135K + $80-115K Bonus = $215-250K

Associate 2 (4Y) — $135K + $115K-$150K Bonus = $250-285K

Associate 3 (5Y) — $135K + $150-175K Bonus = $285-310K

VP 1 (6Y) — $175K + $175-200K Bonus = $350-375K

VP 2 (7Y) — $175K + $200-250K Bonus = $375-425K

VP 3 (8Y) — $175K + $250-300K Bonus = $425-475K

Director (9-10Y) — $200K + 300-350K Bonus = $500-550K

Director (10-11Y) — $200K + 350-400K Bonus = $550-600K

MD (11-13Y) — $300K + 400-500K Bonus = $700-800K

Is this accurate? Is it true that Base stays stagnant throughout years in the same position?

Heard 80k for AN1 bonus but that was for a blowout year on a top group. Btw because there is no bonus cap in Canada, i know for a fact the group head I interned under had a 200-250K base (he shared it to the group when he was ranting). Obv his bonus is 10x this number
