I am currently a third year analyst at a small investment bank (less than 10 people; deal size of $20-$200 million). I recently received an offer from HL to be a part of their FAS team in New York, also as an analyst. Any thoughts on the move? I know it is a little counter-intuitive to go from banking to valuations but is it worth it for the name/experience?
