Have an offer from an IB as a financial advisor that pays $128k.
Also just interviewed a few custodians for staring a RIA to do WM. Currently have $10ish million at an IBD I can transfer and bill at least 1% on.
I have never worked at an IB so any insight on what you would choose would be appreciated. Thanks.
