IBD Salaries in SF/LA/Chi/TX
Title pretty much says it all. Would love to know how these areas’ salaries (base + bonus) compare to the standards in NY. Thanks!

Know some guys who did their IB stints in LA and they told me their salaries were in line with their firms NY offices (moe, cs, and hl). Not sure about regional LA offices though

I worked at an LA IB office and earned the same as my NY counterparts. Base is the same regardless of location, and we're evaluated for bonuses on a firm-wide basis, so the same bonus tiers apply for all regions.
