We all know having to drag your ass into work while you're sick and battling a cold/flu/whatever is one of the worst things in the world. Unfortunately for us the finance industry, we don't have the luxury to take a true sick day and sleep all day.
I have a terrible immune system combined with having tiny nasal cavities which is the perfect mix to attract nasty colds, flus and sinus infections.
Would love to hear some suggestions/tricks to prevent or fight illness especially as we approach Fall/Winter.
