Base sounds right but bonus sounds a bit small...then again with some banks raising 1st year pay to 85k I am yet to hear how this will affect 2nd/3rd year pay
He's talking about signing bonus. Most BB banks do not pay 3rd year signing bonuses, as the BBs are three-year programs now.
