Indirect Layoff in CIB
Hi everyone, I just need a help from an industry expert. I was working in a bb in EU on Credit Portfolio Division and I decided to return to Greece in a local leading Bank. After spending one year in Corporate Banking they decided to remove me from this position and they placed me in retail banking. Frankly, the environment was quite toxic with unreasonable deadlines. What I deem as a positive fact is that my paycheque is the same. What should I do, should I resign considering that my cv is being ruined or stay there and waiting for the next opportunity? I had some interviews with the rest greek banks I had not received any response.
