Industry vs Product Groups in Canadian B5
How do these work?
Do they only have industry groups and execute M&As within each industry? Because I didn't come across that they have ONE M&A division dedicated to M&As... Can someone confirm for me the following banks whether they have an M&A division? I tried looking on their websites but what i gathered was that they were industry groups and within that, have different products
- BMO Cap
- RBC Cap
- TD Securities
- Scotia Cap
- CIBC WM
Um, all the banks you listed have dedicated M&A groups.
