So we all hear about how hard superdays are, but my question is: What are the odds you make it once you're at a superday? Is it more like I've done the hardest part now I just need to not f*** up these interviews or is it the hardest part? Does anyone have a succes rate on a superday?

I'm not sure about specific numbers but it's definitely not just a 'don't mess it up' situation.
They have enough applicants where it's not enough to just past the test. You have to impress these people or get along with them really well or else they don't want to waste a slot on you.
They know there are hundreds/thousands more people who would be dying to have your spot.
