International student from non-target going for IB
How much of a challenge will this be realistically? I have no work-experience or anything all I have going for me is being part of an investment banking related club at university.
Realistically, going to be insanely tough. Few firms even sponsor, and if they do, it’s likely going to be from target schools with defined pipelines. Not impossible though, need to get some people to vouch for you thru networking and be a killer technically. To prep, look into reading R&P and practice with sites like Careerscend
