Realistically, going to be insanely tough. Few firms even sponsor, and if they do, it’s likely going to be from target schools with defined pipelines. Not impossible though, need to get some people to vouch for you thru networking and be a killer technically. To prep, look into reading R&P and practice with sites like Careerscend
