Hey everyone!
I recently received an offer from a small (~15 people) boutique bank. I am interested in breaking into PE/HF opportunities at some point down the line. I have a couple of questions if someone can help out:
Will working at a relatively no-name shop (even if I get more experience than people at BBs) prevent me from breaking into another sub-field of finance at some point down the line?
Would BBs consider this kind of thing good experience if I don't take the offer from this firm and go through FT recruiting?
