Interview Question - Do interviewers base you off resume or interview
Once you get an interview, do they still base you off your resume or just how you perform in the interview in order to get to the next round?

Resume really just matters for getting the first-round interview... past that, it's all interview performance.
Only exception might be if 2 people are really close or something and they only have room for 1 more on Superday... then they may take someone with better resume experience or something but that is pretty rare.
You have to remember that what's on a resume can influence the way your interview goes. You may or may not have unique things to talk about, something on it may or may not click with the particular interviewer, etc. But getting your first round generally means your resume was good enough, so the interview is definitely the deciding factor.
