Awesome forum and my first time posting here. I’m in the process for a senior associate with a large middle market bank in NY. So far had 2 rounds over the phone and a third round in their office in NYC. Now they want me to meet with 3 MDs (whom I’m already met in their office) for informal cocktails next week. Never been in this sort of situation and have no idea what to expect. I’d appreciate any thoughts on the situation!

I've been in this situation before, although it was for an analyst role. It's an informal/relaxed atmosphere where they're trying to see how well you'll fit in with the team and what your long term goals are. Lots of small talk though also, so be ready to discuss your hobbies and passions haha
