Investment Banking Chances

I'm a current freshman attending an Ivy League (target) double majoring in STEM. Currently I have a stacked resume with private equity experience and an upcoming IB one this summer at a small shop. My expected GPA by the time I recruit may be around a 3.6 which is concerning me.

With a strong resume, and a lot of leadership positions with tangible impacts made that are quantifiable, what are my chances of breaking into a BB/EB? Some background reference, I am also Hispanic but idk if that'll play a major role.
