If you want anything you have to get that GPA up. Haven't ever seen an IBD application that has below a 3.6 cut-off to even apply including MM firms and regional boutiques. You could potentially network into a local boutique (just Google "Milwaukee Investment Banks") to skirt around a GPA requirement. Other than that though, you'll have to focus on hitting the books for a little while if you want a good chance.

Grind. Network. Work ass off. I turned down all offers in favor of a bb. But loved the people I interviewed with.
