Investment tax credits

I currently work at a renewable energy company. Investment tax credits transactions have really picked up since the IRA. It’s a fast growing market. From my understanding the big players in the space seem to be F500s and tax equity investors. I believe the renewables market is currently the biggest for tax credits (maybe besides R&D?), with buyers looking to meet ESG goals, offset tax liability etc. There are other types of credits like film production tax credits, R&D tax credits etc. I’d be interested to learn more about deals that involve the buying and selling of different types of tax credits, specifically film. PM me if you would be interested in having a conversation.
