Is an MS Real Estate degree a good way to break into real estate IB?

I'm currently working at a F100 life sciences company in FP&A, and hate the living shit out of my job and the people here. I want to break into IB, but putting up with another two years of this kind of work is going to drive me crazy (would have to apply to MBA programs in 2021).

I'm most interested in real estate and have been looking into the NYU, Cornell, and Columbia real estate programs. Would these programs be worth it to try and recruit for real estate IB? Or am I really stuck for another two years until I can go for an MBA?
