Is Centerview done recruiting soon?
Seeing people get superdays from Centerview this early confused me slightly because I was under the assumption that they recruited much later than most BB’s and Boutiques.
I’m a lot more focused on fall recruiting and want to take this summer to really nail my technical side hoping that I can land an internship at Centerview knowing that landing a boutique internship would be far fetched. But it’s looking like they are on the same timeline as a Lazard or Evercore per say. Can someone give a little more insight into this?
Spoke with analyst directly. This year they are not recruiting in fall, they decided to move up timelines and will be done before summer 100%

Dang so Centerview finally gave in and decided to do recruiting completely in line with most other banks huh? I spoke with an analyst there who said one vague reason for doing some recruiting later in the fall was because they didn't want such intense finance hardos, but more well-rounded people recruiting - I guess that's changed.
Worked for those who wanted to go through the fall recruiting season. Learned my lesson though. Nothing is ever permanent.
do you guys think cvp is actually done recruiting?
I have no direct sources from the firm pertaining to this year, just relaying what I've heard in this forum. The best bet would be to reach out to an analyst under the guise of recruiting and ask if recruiting is done I guess.
