Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on FT recruiting. For semi-target schools that had an established recruiting team for summer analysts, do all applications go through them for Full Time as well? Or can we maintain our connections with bankers that aren't alumni (meaning can they pull our application through for FT). Thank you so much in advance!
