Is group hiring always a good thing?
Current AN1 at a smaller shop and my group is looking to hire some associates and VPs (and maybe higher if the opportunity presents) in addition to the typical cycle of analysts. Is this a good thing? Meaning that the group has been brining in enough business to get approval for hiring or maybe that a lot of people are expected to leave? Or something else I'm not considering?
Any insight and opinion is helpful, thank you!
Well they might be planning to can some of the current roster, right?
