Is it possible or has the boat sailed?

So I decided to go back to college in hopes of making into IB. I’m 22 at the current moment and will be 25 by the time I get my degree in Economics. I stopped going to school because I was killing it in my residential sales career aka I’m a real estate agent. I’ve always wanted to be a banker but I got side tracked and was wondering if it is still possible to break into it after I graduate?

Have a good friend that switched majors AND schools, and had to start all over again pretty much like you. He graduated with a FT IB offer to a reputable MM bank at the age of 26. Definitely possible, you just have to HIT THE GROUND RUNNING. That means pick up IB internships at regional/boutiques, leverage those experiences, and tons of cold emailing. Good starting point is always your alumni network and then branch out from there (there are tons of resources on this forum with regards to networking). Just be hungry, learn how to talk to people, and don't remain stagnant.

Thanks you all of you for the responses. I never thought about going the RE way but now I will definitely look into it. I guess it is time to put in that work.
