have heard conflicting views on this... for those in the industry going through resume screening.. would you toss the resume altogether? cgpa is 3.4 and 2nd year GPA is 3.8

“Overall it was a seamless process with very little back and forth. The feedback was very clear and actionable. It was very obvious were my short comings were and where I needed to improve my resume. Feed back was very constructive and overall was super helpful. The process was very streamlined and efficient. The only thing I would improve from the process not necessarily the mentor was that there should be a way to disclose if you are under a non disclosure agreement because that created some friction when implementing feedback.”
