Career Resources
Majority are in MM to upper MM PE. I know of a few who went to B school
Exits depend on bank and group rep so they dont change much with time. UMM PE and the rare MF all possible. Recent NY exits have included Genstar, Harvest, L Catterton, Kelso, GI Partners to name a few.
UMM is probably for the strongest / higher pedigreed analysts. The average analyst at Jeff is not going to one.
Does Healthcare or M&A ever place into MF?
HC had a BX exit a year or so ago
IMO, M&A is overrated since the better coverage groups have in-house M&A
