Jefferies global Co head of IB info

Was wondering if anyone knew about Raphael Bejarano? Seems very young and is the global Co head of ib at jef. Anyone know how this guy became so senior in a relatively quick fashion?

So? Still doesn't mean I can't offer my two cents.

He's been there for almost 20 years so he's in his early-mid 40s which is not wildly out of the realm for a non-C suite exec role at an EB. For an even younger one, Matt Swain is 30 and had a big role at HL now after they acquired the smaller advisory company he was CEO of (not the founder, either)

Background is in EMEA TMT, both IB and then their merchant banking arm, also worked on the Jefferies/Leucadia merger... he got a lot of big deals done and came up quickly. Good for him
