Jefferies Senior Hires
Hi all,
As I was reading the news today, I noticed that there was yet another story about Jefferies poaching a senior banker — this time a guy from Citi who will join as Chairman of Industrials.
I’ve noticed a number of stories like this over the past year, whereby a prominent news outlet reports that Jefferies poached a senior guy.
I was wondering if Jefferies is just particularly strong at poaching senior bankers, or if they simply leak out these stories to the media more effectively and more often than other banks?
