I have two years of experience as an analyst and have been trying to lateral to a different shop (I hate my VP) since November. I’ve been getting absolutely cooked by the job market.
In total, I’ve gotten 1 offer from a regional, boutique that I ultimately turned down because it was on the other side of the country. I also got ghosted by an EB after doing a case study that I know was completed correctly.
Are you guys experiencing the same thing or am I just an unlikable loser who needs to work on his social skills?
