Got an offer for one of the lateral positions, seemed very standard process just crap ton of rounds. Friend of mine also going through the process for a different role, lesser rounds and also much slower. So probably very group dependent how they want to run the process.

Don't want to fuck it for myself. But I think it is still open on the site. Role opened early Oct, applied end of October and and received interview about a week later.

was moved to R2 immediately, but haven't heard back from that.

I think they are looking to get offers out before thanksgiving and have you start on the desk mid December beginning of January from what I was told
