Hi, I'm a sophomore interested in investment banking. I'm considering applying for JPM's Healthcare Coverage group in SF, and I was wondering what the exits from the group look like. I'm trying to move to New York buyout later on, and I was wondering if starting off in San Francisco will make it harder for me to recruit for New York during on-cycle. My family is moving to New York so ideally I'd like to be close to them.

Aren't they life sciences only? Would be hard to leverage LS experience in recruiting for buyouts, so exits will likely be more oriented towards SF-based life science venture/growth funds
Not sure what jpm does but in another HC group and can confirm biotech experience is not valued much in recruiting
