JPM Private Banking- No International students???

Hey so I was looking into applying for JP Morgan's global private advisor/investment solutions/family group programs and it says this on all 3 applications?

"I understand that this role is not eligible for any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship"
"I understand that JPMorgan Chase & Co., will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional or curricular practical training."

I was wondering if this is an update to all their applications or if it's just these roles because I don't recall this for IB internship applications in Jan. I especially don't get why they wouldn't want international students for the last role which specifically deals with international families. Anyway, can anyone explain?
