Accepted an SA gig at an M&A boutique (not EB) in NYC and am worried about not getting a FT offer. I don't necessarily want to work at this office full time, but judging from previous posts, I know how important receiving a FT offer is when recruiting for FT. The problem is that after digging through some reviews/posts on WSO about this office, no SAs have received FT offers from this place and I'm worried that not getting the FT offer will put me at a big disadvantage when recruiting for FT....
Anyone have any advice about this? Were any of you able to get offers from larger banks for FT after doing an SA at a smaller boutique and NOT receiving an offer?
