Someone I had never met at a BB just called me out of nowhere saying they were looking at candidates and my name came up. We had a brief phone conversation that I think went fairly well.
It's obviously a good sign, but since recruiting season hasn't even started and I have not submitted any apps yet, I was wondering if this is unusual?
