KPMG M&A vs CorpFin

Hi all,

Strangely enough I could not find the answer to this question anywhere so I was hoping someone could shed some light. Within KPMG Deal Advisory there is M&A, CorpFin, Valuations, Transaction Services and Restructuring (i think). My understanding was the CorpFin is the same as M&A, but KPMG appear to separate the two. I was wondering if anybody could explain what the difference between KPMG M&A and CorpFin would be?

Many thanks in advance.

Assuming you are referring to London, Corporate Finance refers to both M&A and Valuations at KPMG (Corporate Finance is the umbrella term for the two).
